1. Who we are
Bexar Labs LLC ("Bexar Labs," "we," "us") is a web development and AI operations studio based in San Antonio, Texas. This policy describes what information we collect through bexarlabs.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: hello@bexarlabs.co or (210) 255-2291.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and lead forms. When you submit a form on this site — the contact form, the project scoper, or a tool signup — we collect what you enter: typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your message or answers, along with the page you submitted from and, if present, basic campaign parameters (UTM tags) that tell us how you found us.
- Free tools. If you use the AI Visibility Checker, we log the website address you check and its results. The lead cost calculator runs in your browser; we don't collect what you type into it.
- Analytics. We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate site usage — pages viewed, referrers, country, device type. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To send service-related communications — confirmations, follow-ups about your inquiry, and account or billing notices if you become a client.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and our tools.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
If you provide your mobile phone number through a form on this site, you consent to receive text messages from Bexar Labs about your inquiry — for example, confirmations and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Email
If you give us your email address, we use it to respond to you and, where you've opted in, to send occasional updates or resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects service communications you actually need.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our analytics (see Section 2) are cookieless. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
7. How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our services run — hosting, email delivery, database, and (when live) SMS delivery — each processing it on our behalf and only as needed to provide their function. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and as stated above, SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can request earlier deletion at any time (Section 9).
9. Your choices and requests
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or just ask.
- Access, correction, deletion: email hello@bexarlabs.co from the address on file and we'll verify and process your request promptly.
10. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, note the change prominently on this page.
